I love Barcelona and cannot wait to visit again. I highly recommend staying near the Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. The architecture and design is so unique and colourful, there just isn’t anywhere else like it on Earth. I’m pleased to see that you include hostels near both places in your list! Las Ramblas is definitely worth a visit too – it’s jumping any time of the day ir night.

    Hi

You can say that Barcelona  is such a beautiful  city in Spain, where there are plenty to do and see. When you go to a city, you want to stay in places that are affordable  and yet comfortable.  This is why we look to hostels for out stay, as long as they offer value for their price. You have shown  some great hostels that will appeal to the weary traveller. I got to admit the hostels have vastly improved since I was young but the camaraderie  is what hostels are about.

I thank you for writing this review of hostels in Barcelona  as I found  it to be useful.

Hello Renata, I must say that this article is very helpful and informative. I have been to Barcelona many times but unfortunately, I did not have a chance to stay in some of these beautiful hostels. My favorite one is Mediterranean Youth Hostel, it would be great to visit it and stay for a couple of days.

  • Chuck

Good day. Great job, your sites great. I lonely see a couple things that might your more enjoyable for the visitor are make the font a little larger so people can read it better and adjust the line-height. And maybe change accent color to something different. in my opinion the yellow is not really working to grab the viewer’s attention. Maybe add a photo gallery and or a short youtube video of people traveling and visiting different sites.  I hope this is some help to you. Good and best wishes Chuck

As one who has never traveled to Spain let alone Barcelona your evaluation gave me a mini-tour of what to expect. Thanks Renata. I’m glad to see that some facilities offer sound-proofed rooms and dark curtains for individual beds! The free walking tours and cultural immersion opportunities are quite thoughtful too. The vibrancy of this city clearly shines through your article and what better way to “turn it up” than to cater for travelers on all kinds of budgets.

    We are Blessed.

Barcelona is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe and I have always wanted to travel there and see it for myself instead of seeing it on TV. But expenses always stood in the way of making my dream come true. And that is why I was looking up hostels in Barcelona because I know hostels are pocket-friendly. Also, Barcelona is one of the cities I want to visit in Spain.

Your List of the best hostels in Barcelona is really captivating. My favorite on your list is the Rodamon Barcelona Center. I like that they are located right in the center of the city, which means I can easily access transportation and I can take a stroll through the city and take pictures in the Gardens of Palau Roberts, and Passeig De Gracia.

The other thing I like about Rodamon, is that its stylish, clean and the bunk beds are fitted with personal light and power socket, to charge my devices. also if I just want to sleep, I can just close my darkened curtain and the light from the neighboring bed will not bother me perfect.

    Thank you for this review.
